Gold Medal Construction provides the following first time evaluation service:
- Conduct an inspection of roof membrane areas to determine the condition of the existing membrane.
- Conduct an inspection of all perimeter, interior and roof top equipment flashings.
- Repair minor items found during inspection (mastic, caulk and flashings etc)
- Mark all major defects on roof area.
- Provide a roof drawing showing deficient areas in relation to individual roof areas and general overview of roof areas.
- Provide a cost estimate for repairs to correct roof deficiencies. Cost estimate shall be listed for each building.
- All roof repairs will be completed in accordance with proper roofing procedures and the roof manufacturer’s requirements.
- Presentation of findings and conclusions, in written form and photo documentation.
